Shahadah (Declaration of Faith) - Testifying our allegiance to Allah (God).

Salaat (Prayer) - The five daily obligatory prayers.

Zakah (Almsgiving) - Charity in all aspects.

Suam (Fasting) - Fasting during the holy month of Ramadan.

Hajj (Pilgrimage) - The pilgrimage to Mecca.

Our Basic Beliefs

Belief in Allah (God).

Belief in the Angels.

Belief in the Prophets and Messengers of Allah (God).

Belief in Allah's (God's) Revealed books.

Belief in the day of Judgement.

Belief in Al-Qadar (Divine Predestination).

Our Declaration of Faith

Our declaration of Faith is called the Shahadah.  The Shahadah helps us to remind ourselves of the reality of Allah (God) in our everyday lives.

"Ashahadu an la ilaha ill Allah, wa ashahadu anna Muhammadar Rasoolu Allah."

"I declare that there is no god except Allah (God), and I declare that Muhammad is the Messenger (Prophet) of Allah (God).
